Midnight Shift

Our flagship dark roast. Sumatran beans pushed to the edge — dark chocolate, blackstrap molasses, smoke that lingers like a closing shift.

NO. 02

Swiss-water decaffeinated Colombian that refuses to taste like a compromise. Toasted hazelnut, dried fig, a finish soft enough to sleep on.

NO. 03

A Brazil–Ethiopia blend built for the machine. Heavy crema, burnt caramel, and enough structure to cut through milk at any hour.

NO. 04

A rotating micro-lot, roasted light and released in small batches. Whatever farm kept us up this month — washed, natural, or experimental.

FRESH FROM THE DRUM

Every bag leaves the roastery within 24 hours of its batch. Order before midnight and your coffee ships with the morning post.
